About Us
ListenInn Foundation is a youth-led mental health awareness initiative focused on creating safe spaces for people to express, heal, and feel heard. We aim to spread awareness, organize impactful campaigns, and provide active listening support to individuals across different sections of society.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to work closely with the Founder’s Office and support the growth of ListenInn Foundation.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure in:
NGO operations
Strategy & execution
Social impact initiatives
Branding & outreach
Leadership and community building
Responsibilities
Coordinate with volunteers, interns, and team members.
Assist in planning awareness campaigns and events.
Support social media and content initiatives.
Help with partnerships, collaborations, and outreach.
Maintain reports, documentation, and operational workflows.
Research opportunities related to NGOs, grants, and communities.
Work directly with the founder on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
Interest in mental health advocacy and social impact
Ability to take ownership and work independently
Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or social media tools is a plus
