Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Founder's Office located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves working closely with the founder to strategize, prioritize, and execute key projects. Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, preparing reports and presentations, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of different teams with organizational objectives. The role also requires coordination with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and providing support to the founder in day-to-day decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in project management, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings effectively.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Experience in startups, AI, or technology-related industries is a plus.
- Educational qualification in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and adapt to dynamic business needs with a solutions-oriented approach.
