Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founder’s Office Intern, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will assist with strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and collaborate closely with the founder to execute key business objectives. Responsibilities include market research, data analysis, preparing presentations, tracking progress on key projects, and identifying opportunities for process improvements within the organization. The intern will play a hands-on role in decision-making processes and contribute to the vision and execution of the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in conducting data analysis and market research
- Project coordination and organizational capabilities to manage multiple initiatives effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively
- Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Proficiency in productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Keen interest in AI technologies, innovation, and business strategy (a plus)
- Background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; current students or recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
