As ULIO expands across schools in India, we are building a strong execution engine across product, sales, customer success, counselling, marketing, and operations. We are looking for a Founder’s Office Intern who can work closely with the founder and leadership team to support cross-functional execution, improve internal systems, and help teams move faster with clarity and structure.
Role Overview
The Founder’s Office Intern will work directly with the founder and leadership team on high-priority projects across operations, strategy, growth, customer success, product, and internal coordination.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. You will help streamline daily operations, coordinate across departments, track important initiatives, support research and documentation, and use AI tools effectively to improve speed and output quality.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how an early-stage EdTech/SaaS company scales across schools, students, parents, counsellors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Founder’s Office Support & Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with the founder on key business priorities and internal initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Support day-to-day execution of founder-led projects
- Coordinate with internal teams across Sales, Product, Tech, Customer Success, Counselling, Marketing, HR, and Operations
- Track action items, deadlines, decisions, and follow-ups across teams
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, trackers, reports, and internal updates
- Ensure important tasks are followed through to closure
- Help improve communication flow between departments
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information
2. Operations & Process Improvement
Help make ULIO’s internal operations more structured, efficient, and scalable.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify operational gaps, delays, and repeated bottlenecks
- Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, checklists, SOPs, and process documents
- Organize internal workflows for better visibility and accountability
- Support school onboarding, internal reviews, launch preparation, and team coordination
- Help teams document repeatable processes so execution becomes smoother over time
- Improve internal systems for task tracking, reporting, and project follow-up
3. AI-Enabled Research, Documentation & Execution
Use AI tools effectively to improve research, writing, planning, and execution quality.
Responsibilities include:
- Use AI tools for research, summarization, documentation, brainstorming, and workflow support
- Write effective prompts to generate useful, structured, and accurate outputs
- Review and refine AI-generated content for quality, accuracy, tone, and relevance
- Support creation of internal documents, presentations, reports, training material, and process notes
- Explore ways to use AI for improving team productivity and operational efficiency
- Assist in building reusable templates, prompt libraries, and documentation systems
4. Project Management & Execution Support
Support multiple business projects and ensure timely execution.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage small-to-mid-sized internal projects from planning to completion
- Break larger tasks into clear milestones and action items
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
- Track progress and flag delays or risks early
- Support execution of initiatives related to school partnerships, student engagement, product feedback, webinars, campaigns, and internal operations
- Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
5. Research, Analysis & Strategic Support
Support the leadership team with business research and structured insights.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct research on schools, competitors, EdTech trends, student engagement, college readiness, AI tools, and market opportunities
- Prepare concise research summaries and recommendation notes
- Analyze internal data, feedback, and usage patterns where required
- Support decision-making with structured information and clear documentation
- Help prepare decks, briefs, reports, and internal strategy notes
6. Feedback, Team Support & Continuous Improvement
Act as an execution and feedback bridge between the founder and internal teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Collect structured feedback from teams, users, and internal stakeholders
- Identify recurring issues and suggest practical improvements
- Share clear, constructive, and actionable feedback with relevant teams
- Support Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams with documentation and coordination
- Help create a culture of clarity, accountability, and faster execution

Preferred Experience
- Prior internship or work experience in startups, operations, strategy, product, marketing, customer success, consulting, or EdTech
- Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, or similar platforms
- Experience creating presentations, reports, trackers, SOPs, or research documents
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Slack, Excel/Sheets, or similar productivity platforms
- Exposure to SaaS, EdTech, school partnerships, student communities, or education institutions will be an advantage
