Job Description: Founder’s Office Intern
About the Role
As a Founder’s Office Intern at Elucidata, you will be the "right hand" to the leadership team, ensuring our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine runs smoothly. This is not a typical internship; you will sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal, gaining a bird’s-eye view of how a global AI company scales. You will help us reduce friction in our deal cycles and ensure our data remains a source of truth for the company’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Deal Desk Support: Assist in preparing and tracking key documents like NDAs, SOWs, and Order Forms to keep deals moving.
- CRM Hygiene: Become the "Guardian of Salesforce/HubSpot," ensuring deal stages, close dates, and contact info are 100% accurate.
- Market Research & Reporting: Help the team pull data for weekly revenue forecasts and research potential lead accounts.
- Process Coordination: Act as the liaison between Sales and Legal/Finance to ensure contracts are signed and stored correctly.
- Special Projects: Support the Founder’s Office on ad-hoc strategic initiatives (e.g., competitive analysis or internal process automation).
What We’re Looking For
- Background: Final year student or recent graduate from a Tier-1 college
- Mindset: Extremely detail-oriented. You are the kind of person who notices a typo in a 20-page contract.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; prior exposure to a CRM is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Sharp written and verbal communication skills—you’ll be interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Availability: Ready to work from our Delhi office (Hybrid: 3 days/week) for a minimum of 6 months.
