Role Description The Founder's Office Intern is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Bengaluru (North). The intern will support the founders across strategic projects, including building the application, (vendorm management), interacting with leads, market research, competitor analysis, and preparing internal and external presentations. Daily responsibilities may include assisting with operations, tracking key metrics, coordinating with product, sales, and marketing teams, and documenting decisions and processes. The role also involves helping with investor and partner communication materials, drafting summaries, and organizing information for meetings. This position offers exposure to early-stage startup decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on learning in an AI-first education technology environment.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research abilities, including desk research, data gathering, and synthesizing insights into clear recommendations.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to write concise briefs, prepare presentations, and document processes in a structured manner.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with technology and productivity tools (e.g., claude, excel, presentation software (PPT/Canva), collaboration platforms (Slack)); interest in AI, SaaS, or EdTech is beneficial.
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership mindset, and willingness to work closely with founders on ambiguous, evolving priorities.
- Current student or recent graduate in business, economics, engineering, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in startups, consulting, or product/operations is a plus.
