About the Role
We are looking for a Founder’s Office Intern hire who can drive clarity, execution, and forward momentum across projects, clients, and internal processes. This is a role for someone who enjoys making things move; ensuring teams stay aligned, clients stay informed, timelines are real, and operations scale smoothly.
This is NOT a predefined role.
Your work might span:
- Project Coordination: ensuring design + product projects move on schedule, with clear accountability.
- Client Communication: running check-ins, aligning expectations, documenting decisions, and ensuring clarity.
- Workflow + Process Building: establishing repeatable pipelines for project delivery, content publishing, hiring, ops, etc.
- Operational Ownership: invoices, billing cycles, external coordination, partner/vendor management.
- Growth Support: research, outreach coordination, lead pipeline hygiene, and founder enablement.
You will work closely with the founders; meaning your execution directly impacts how the studio operates, delivers, and grows.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the center of complexity and turning it into order.
