Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Founder's Office Intern. As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work closely with the leadership team to coordinate strategic initiatives, conduct market research, gather and analyze data, and prepare insightful reports. Additionally, you will support operational tasks, contribute to special projects, and help streamline day-to-day workflows in alignment with the company’s goals. You will have the opportunity to engage in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and developing strategies to optimize growth and efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to write reports and presentations effectively
- Proficiency in project coordination, time management, and organizational planning
- Familiarity with business operations, strategic planning, and startup ecosystems is an advantage
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and relevant data analysis software
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field (or currently pursuing one)
