Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Founder's Office Intern for a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi. The intern will work closely with the founding team, assisting in diverse projects that span operations, market research, business strategy, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities include preparing reports, conducting industry analyses, supporting team communications, driving strategic initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
- Interest or experience in startups, marketing, or operations is a plus
- A proactive mindset with problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Economics
