The Role
This isn't a "make slides and shadow someone" internship.
You'll sit inside the founder's office — which means you're close to the decisions, the clients, the chaos, and the execution. One day it's a BD proposal, next it's a client deck, next it's research for a new market. You own your tasks. You figure things out. You deliver.
What You'll Actually Do
- Support founder-level ops — BD, strategy, content, client work
- Build decks, proposals, and research outputs that go to real clients
- Be in the room (or the call) where real decisions happen
- Execute end to end — from brief to delivery, no hand-holding
Who Should Apply
You're in college. You're a beginner. But you're not passive.
You want to understand how a founder thinks, operates, and builds — not from a YouTube video, but from being in it. You're eyeing a full-time Founder Office or Chief of Staff track eventually. You're the type who figures things out before asking.
