Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting day-to-day execution across ongoing projects
- Tracking tasks, timelines, and ensuring follow-ups/closures
- Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Assisting in product operations, documentation, and workflow management
- Maintaining trackers, dashboards, SOPs, and execution reports
- Conduct market, operational, and competitor research
- Supporting AI tools, automation workflows, and process optimization initiatives
- Managing documentation and organization across multiple workstreams
Prerequisites for the Job Role:
- Strong ownership mindset
- High attention to detail
- Analytical Mindset
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Preferred tools: Google Sheets is a must, ChatGPT & Claude AI and Zoho CRM
