Who are we?
AdShift makes performance marketing ads - the kind that actually converts. We handle everything from the first idea to the final cut, and we obsess over what makes an ad actually work.
This role sits right next to that process. You'll work directly with the founding team across creative, comms, and whatever else needs a sharp person on it that week.
What you'll do
- Contribute to ad ideation and scripting, helping shape concepts from a rough brief into something worth producing.
- Identify, vet, and onboard freelancers - editors, translators, creators - and keep those relationships running smoothly.
- Own our LinkedIn presence - drafting posts, building a content calendar, and making sure we show up consistently.
- Support production coordination - tracking timelines, following up with partners, and making sure things land on time.
- Take on ad hoc projects as they come up. Founder's office means the scope evolves - and that's kind of the point.
You're probably a fit if
- You write well and can adapt your tone depending on who you're talking to.
- You take ownership. If something's yours, you see it through.
- You're comfortable with "figure it out" as an instruction.
- You've interned somewhere before (plus)
- You've made content — any format, any platform (plus)
