About the Role
This isn't your average internship. As part of the Founder's Office, you will work directly with the founding team to shape Flivo’s digital identity and scale our brand presence. Your primary mission will be taking complete ownership of our Instagram Reels—from brainstorming viral concepts to shooting, editing, and publishing content that drives real reach and engagement.
What You Will Do:
- End-to-End Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging Instagram Reels tailored to the food and wellness space.
- Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on Instagram audio, aesthetic, and format trends, adapting them quickly for the brand.
- Drive Reach & Growth: Analyze what works, optimize content for the algorithm, and implement strategies to organically grow our follower base and views.
- Founder Support: Assist the founders with ad-hoc social media, community building, and creative marketing tasks as we scale.
What We Are Looking For:
- You live and breathe Instagram and short-form video content.
- You have a great eye for aesthetics, lighting, and framing (especially for food and lifestyle content).
- You are proficient with video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot, etc.).
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment.
- Bonus: You are passionate about health, fitness, or clean eating!
