Role
This internship sits in the Founder’s Office and works directly with the leadership team on a high-impact GT expansion project.
A key focus is opening large premium retail outlets across India. These stores often require quick commercial decisions around displays, promoters, incentives, and product range during the first meeting itself.
In this role, you will help build the logic and frameworks for these decisions along with leadership, and also work directly with Sales Officers to close these premium stores on ground.
The role is largely field-driven — you’ll spend significant time in markets, meeting retailers, understanding store economics, and helping convert key outlets.
What you'll do
- Work on a high-impact GT expansion project focused on opening premium retail stores
- Help build commercial thinking around displays, promoters, incentives, and assortment decisions
- Interact with retailers and distributors to gather real market insights
- Support store openings and GT execution initiatives
Who this is for
- Students / recent graduates with strong problem-solving ability and curiosity
- Comfortable with extensive field work and retailer interactions to get exposure around scaling FMCG distribution
- Interested in startups, sales strategy, and FMCG distribution
- High ownership and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
