Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore(E.City) a Founder’s Office (HR) position. You will work closely with the Founders to execute HR strategies, manage talent acquisition, oversee employee engagement, and ensure smooth HR operations. Responsibilities also include policy development, workforce planning, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s vision. As part of a lean and fast-growing team, you will play a critical role in scaling the organization and contributing to its success.
Must Haves:
- Atleast 2 years experience in. Company people side roles like Recruitment, Talent acquisition, and Workforce planning
- Previous experience in a startup ecosystem or a fast-moving industry so you can grow and learn at a fast pace
- Proficiency in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ex-Entrepreneur or Founder's Office Roles or having built something 0-1 fresh from scratch.
Bonus:
- Knowledge of policy formulation, compliance, and HR operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with any HR tooles such as Zoho, Keka etc
