This is a Founder's Office role.
Not a sales queue. Not a pipeline number. You'll sit directly alongside the founders, shape how Othor goes to market, and bring the outside world's signal back in.
You'll prospect, attend events, write copy, and experiment with channels - and feed everything you learn directly into strategy. The best people in this role don't just execute playbooks. They help write them.
What you'll own
→ Outbound pipeline - research US leads (CEOs, Finance, Sales, Marketing), run cold email and LinkedIn sequences, hand off qualified meetings to founders
→ On-the-ground presence - represent Othor at Bangalore meetups, demo days, and tech events; turn every conversation into a booked meeting
→ Messaging & positioning - write copy that actually gets replies; contribute to LinkedIn posts, one-pagers, and positioning language alongside the founders
→ GTM intelligence - track what works, share patterns (objections, responses, what resonates) directly back into ICP and strategy
Who we're looking for
✓ 1–3 years in BDR, SDR, or growth at a B2B SaaS startup
✓ Based in Bangalore - you'll meet the founders regularly and attend events as part of the role
✓ Experience prospecting the US market - you understand how US buyers think
✓ Consistent track record of hitting outbound quotas
✓ Strong written English - your cold emails actually get replies
✓ Confident networker; comfortable at events, not just behind a screen
✓ Hands-on with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
✓ Available for partial EST/PST overlap
Bonus points if you have: Experience at a pre-Series A AI or SaaS startup · Familiarity with BI/analytics tools · Active LinkedIn presence · Comfort with outreach automation · Experience talking about AI products with business buyers
