We’re looking for folks to work directly with the Founder to drive growth, strategy, and key business initiatives, while also serving as a right-hand to keep execution sharp. This role sits at the intersection of thinking and doing.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive market research, competitor analysis, and strategic insights to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth
- Work on growth initiatives, partnerships, and new business opportunities, from ideation to execution
- Build decks, business cases, and structured recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Collaborate across teams to translate ideas into execution, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
- Support the Founder with prioritization, communication, and key workflows, helping maintain focus and execution momentum
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities across functions, and proactively drive solutions
What we're looking for :
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
· 2–4 years of experience in consulting, startups, product, or strategy roles
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· High ownership, speed, and comfort with ambiguity
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
What will give you an edge:
· Experience in a tech startup or high-growth environment
· Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and data tools
· Understanding of product, growth, or digital marketing is a plus
· High ownership mindset and attention to detail
