About the Role
We’re looking for a high-impact operator to work directly with the founders and own GTM strategy, execution, and scale end-to-end. This is a founder’s office role with real ownership—you’ll shape how we acquire customers, build growth engines, and scale from 1→10→100.

🎯 What You’ll Own
🔹 GTM Strategy & Execution
- Build and scale a high-performance GTM engine (ABM + outbound + partnerships)
- Own ICP definition, segmentation, and messaging frameworks
- Drive multi-channel growth experiments and funnel optimization
- Identify bottlenecks and improve conversion across the revenue funnel
- Set up dashboards, metrics, and operating cadences for predictable growth
🔹 Revenue & Pipeline Operations
- Run daily/weekly pipeline reviews and GTM stand-ups
- Translate ambitious targets into clear execution plans and tracking systems
- Build playbooks, reporting structures, and optimization loops
🔹 Team Building & Leadership
- Hire and scale high-performing GTM teams (Managers + ICs)
- Drive execution rigor, accountability, and ownership culture
- Elevate the operating bar across growth, sales, and RevOps
👤 Who We’re Looking For
✅ Must-Have
- 6+ years experience in Founder’s Office / GTM Strategy / Growth / Consulting / RevOps / Startup roles
- Proven experience working closely with founders / leadership teams
- Track record of owning and scaling 0→1 / 1→10 / 1→100 initiatives
- Strong first-principles thinking + hands-on execution mindset
- Experience in team management (2+ members)
- Graduate from Top Tier Institutes (IITs / BITS Pilani – Pilani)
- Current CTC 35L+
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience in high-growth startups / VC-backed companies
- Exposure to ABM, outbound growth, and revenue operations
- Early career experience in top firms or leadership roles
