Who we are
RetainSure is building the autonomous customer success platform: a multi-agent system that replaces the repetitive grunt work CSMs do today, so they can focus on the conversations that actually retain revenue. We are backed by SISFS, already serving paying customers, and growing fast. Lean, focused, and obsessively shipping.
Why this role exists
We need someone who treats growth like a craft, not a checklist. Right now, every LinkedIn post, every lead magnet, every SEO experiment, and every distribution push runs through the founders. That is the bottleneck. We want one person to own the entire top of funnel engine end to end: ideate, build, ship, distribute, measure, iterate. This is not a marketing manager role. There is nothing to manage. There is a lot to build.
What you will actually do
- Build and ship lead magnets that go viral in our niche. We recently shipped an AI QBR Generator as a free tool. We want 6 to 8 more like it this year: micro-tools, calculators, templates, generators. Each one built, branded, and launched end-to-end. Launch them on LinkedIn, Product Hunt, relevant Slack and Reddit communities, CS newsletters, founder groups, anywhere our ICP hangs out. You own the lead from idea on a Notion doc to a qualified lead in our CRM.
- Build AI agents that do marketing work for us. Content agents that write SEO blogs that do not read like AI slop, bypass AI detectors, and actually rank in both traditional search and AI search surfaces. Distribution agents. Repurposing agents. If a task is repetitive and creative, your default is to build an agent for it, not do it manually. You will be expected to figure this out independently. There will be no engineering hand-holding from the founding team on this.
- Own the website end-to-end: Our current site is on Bolt and is essentially invisible to Google because it is JS-rendered. You will lead the migration to Framer (or whatever you can defend as better), own SEO architecture, ship cornerstone content, and get us indexed and ranking in both traditional search and AI search. retainsure.com is your responsibility, full stop.
- Help the founders ideate content for LinkedIn: We write our own content. We will not outsource our voice. What we need from you is sharp ideation: what is working in our niche, which formats are breaking through, which angles competitors are missing, which hooks are landing for similar founders. You bring us the raw material and the pattern recognition. We turn it into posts.
- Anything else marketing throws at us.
- Paid experiments when we decide to test them. Webinar launches. Partnership comms. Conference prep. New channel ideas you bring to us. The role will keep evolving. Bring ideas, do not wait for them.
Who you are
- 0 to 4 years of building growth at a B2B SaaS startup. Bonus if you have worked somewhere small enough that you owned outcomes, not slide decks.
- Genuinely AI-native. You already use Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor daily and have opinions about prompting. You have built agents or automations on n8n, Make, or similar
- You can write. Not marketing copywrite, actually write. Sharp, specific, no fluff.
- You can ship a working web page, a lead magnet, or a launch in a week, not a quarter.
- You have taste. You can look at a landing page, a tweet, or a tool and tell us what is wrong with it in 30 seconds.
- You want to be in a room with founders solving hard problems, not in a Slack channel waiting for approvals.
How we work
- Zero bureaucracy. No approval chains, no status meetings for the sake of meetings, no quarterly planning theatre. We decide, we ship, we learn.
- High ownership. You own outcomes, not tasks. If a launch flops, we debrief and fix it together. If it works, it is yours.
- Rapid execution. The default speed is to ship ASAP. If something is taking longer, we want to know why and unblock it.
- Work directly with founders. You sit next to us in HSR Layout. Every call, every decision, every customer insight is one desk away. No layers.
- Inspectable, not micromanaged. We will trust you to run your function. We will also expect you to keep your work visible and your reasoning clear.
Compensation and logistics
- ₹8L to ₹14L fixed annual, depending on experience and the strength of what you have shipped
- Meaningful ESOPs. We will discuss the actual grant in the offer conversation. We believe in real ownership, not symbolic equity
- On-site, HSR Layout Bengaluru, 6 days a week. This role does not work remotely at our stage, and we will not pretend otherwise
