Role - In office
Location - Rohini, Delhi
Compensation - 550,000 to 650,000 LPA fixed + 250,000 variable
Kivart is building a tech-enabled trade marketing and dealer engagement platform for leading FMCG and consumer brands. This is a fast-paced Founder’s Office role for people who want real startup exposure.
You’ll work directly with the founder across:
- business strategy
- client pitches
- trade marketing campaigns
- FMCG dealer schemes
- vendor coordination
- growth and execution
This role is intense, high-ownership, and execution-heavy. One day you could be brainstorming campaign ideas for a large brand, the next day handling operations, or live client requirements.
Diwali season is especially massive for us. Timelines shrink, campaigns scale rapidly, and the pace becomes extremely fast. If you enjoy pressure, problem-solving, and figuring things out in real time, you’ll thrive here.
