About Geniyes
Geniyes is the first brand out of Analogy Venture Studio - a wellness and ergonomics initiative building products that sit at the intersection of design and everyday human behaviour. Our debut product, Sleepmaxxer - a premium sleep mask is heading to Kickstarter soon. We're a small, ambitious team and we move fast.
The Role
This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, moves without being told, and gets energy from making complex things simple. You'll work directly with the founding team across strategy, operations, partnerships and whatever else the business needs on any given week.
What you'll do
- Support the product and GTM lead with research, planning and execution across functions
- Own internal ops - tracking, reporting, vendor coordination, timelines
- Assist in partnership outreach, deck building and communications
- Be the connective tissue between different workstreams - making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Take on strategic projects with real ownership, not just execution tasks
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in a startup, consulting, or any fast-moving environment
- Strong written communication - you'll be communicating outwards and drafting a lot
- High curiosity, low ego. You should be comfortable doing both high-leverage strategic work and operational grunt work in the same day
- Bangalore based, full time
