MoveABox is on a mission to transform the way India moves — making the process of relocating homes and businesses seamless, reliable, and tech-driven.
As we scale, we are looking for a motivated fresher to join our Founder's Office — a role designed for individuals who want to be at the center of building a high-growth startup.
About the Role
The Founder's Office is a strategic function that works directly with the leadership team. As a fresher in this role, you will:
• Support the founders in executing key business initiatives across operations, strategy, and growth
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and synthesize insights to support decision-making
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
• Engage directly with customers — understanding their needs, gathering feedback, and ensuring a high-quality experience
• Serve as a bridge between customer insights and internal teams to drive meaningful improvements
• Identify problems, propose solutions, and drive execution with minimal supervision
Growth Opportunity
This is not a conventional entry-level position. You will have direct exposure to how strategic decisions are made, how customers are won and retained, and what it takes to scale a business. The learning curve is steep — and intentionally so.
