We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized individual to join the Founder’s Office. This role involves working closely with the founders on key business priorities, strategic initiatives, operations, coordination across teams, and special projects. Ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, problem-solving, and taking ownership beyond a fixed job scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with founders on day-to-day business priorities and strategic projects
- Coordinate across departments to ensure timely execution and follow-through
- Assist in business planning, research, analysis, and decision-making
- Track ongoing projects, timelines, and key deliverables
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates
- Identify operational gaps and help streamline processes
- Support in partnerships, vendor coordination, and external communication
- Assist with new initiatives, launches, and expansion opportunities
- Handle ad-hoc tasks with a solution-oriented mindset
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, business development, consulting, or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
- High ownership, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in startups or fast-growing brands
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong business acumen and execution mindset
- Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments
