About the Role
EzeRx is looking for a proactive and organized Founders’ Office Executive – Sales & Office Operations for its Kolkata office. This is a combined role involving founder support, sales coordination, office operations, reporting, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Founders with meetings, follow-ups, calendar coordination, travel planning, and task tracking.
- Coordinate with the Kolkata sales team for daily updates, customer follow-ups, reports, and execution.
- Maintain sales trackers, lead data, customer records, visit reports, and basic MIS reports.
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, presentations, quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Schedule meetings, customer calls, demos, and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, internal teams, and partners to ensure timely execution.
- Support day-to-day Kolkata office operations, administration, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in founder’s office, executive coordination, sales coordination, office operations, or business support.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets, Docs, Slides, and email.
- Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, health-tech, or startup environment.
- Experience supporting sales or field teams.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MIS reports, or dashboards.
