You will work directly with the founder across everything from operations, strategy, manufacturing, research and the hundred unexpected things that happen in a growing company.
Some days you'll be building a dashboard that saves hours of work every week. Some days you'll be researching a new manufacturing technology, helping launch a product, coordinating a supplier halfway across the world, or figuring out how AI can automate something nobody has questioned before.

We're building brands, manufacturing products, working with distributors across India, exploring international markets, aggressively implementing AI, and creating systems that help us scale intelligently.
We're still early enough that one person can make a visible difference and hopefully thats where you come in.
What you'll be doing:
There isn't going to be a "typical day." You'll work directly with the founder across a wide range of projects, including:
- Turning ideas into execution.
- Managing projects across different teams and making sure things actually get done.
- Building systems, SOPs, dashboards and workflows that make the company run better.
- Using AI tools to automate repetitive work and improve how we operate.
- Constantly exploring new AI products, models and workflows that can genuinely improve the business.
- Supporting hiring, recruitment and onboarding.
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis and strategic research.
- Coordinating meetings, travel, priorities and founder communications.
- Helping with presentations, documents, branding and content.
- Spotting problems before they become expensive problems.
- Keeping information organised and ensuring nothing important falls through the cracks.
- Acting as the connective tissue between people, projects and execution.
Who we're looking for:
You don't need to know everything.
You do need to enjoy figuring things out.
You'll probably do well here if you:
- Have 2–5 years of experience in a Founder's Office, Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, consulting, startup operations, project management or another fast moving role.
- Are exceptionally organised without becoming rigid.
- Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the important ones.
- Stay calm when plans change (because they will).
- Naturally think in systems instead of temporary fixes.
- Love learning new software and aren't intimidated by unfamiliar tools.
- Already use AI regularly and enjoy experimenting with new models and workflows.
- Keep up with what's happening in the world of generative AI (not because someone asked you to, but because you're genuinely interested)
- Are comfortable with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace and spreadsheets.
- Write and communicate clearly.
- Notice small details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do.
- Are curious, resourceful and comfortable asking good questions.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working directly with founders or leadership teams.
- Experience in startups, consulting, venture capital or high growth businesses.
- Familiarity with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make or similar platforms.
- Experience creating SOPs, documentation, dashboards or internal systems.
- Basic coding knowledge.
- Basic data analysis or data science skills.
- Exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, consumer brands, retail, D2C or supply chains.
- Comfort using LLMs and tech such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini as part of your daily workflow.
- The ability to speak multiple languages

We move quickly.
Some weeks are calm.
Some weeks feel like six months packed into six days.
Priorities change. Opportunities appear unexpectedly. Problems need solving. Product launches don't always happen between 9 and 5.

This role is based in Mumbai.
We work in person because the best ideas, fastest decisions and strongest teams are usually built that way.
