About the RoleWe are hiring for the Founder’s Office — a high-ownership, high-learning role where you will work directly with the CEO, a veteran of the Indian Air Force.
This role is designed for individuals who do not want to be boxed into a single function early in their career. You will get exposure across multiple domains and, over time, align your responsibilities with your strengths and interests.
Role StructureThis is a generalist entry role, not limited to any one function. In the initial phase, you will work across teams to understand the business. Based on your performance and interest, you will gradually take ownership in a specific domain, such as:
- Operations – Assist in planning and execution of day-to-day operations, track project timelines, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Finance – Support basic financial tracking, budgeting inputs, vendor coordination, and assist in preparing reports and cost analyses
- Marketing – Contribute to branding, content creation, presentations, and communication material for both internal and external stakeholders
- Human Resources – Assist in recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, documentation, and building internal processes and culture
- Business Development – Contribute to customer-facing responses, proposals, and documentation, especially for stakeholders in the defence domain, including the Indian Armed Forces
What You Will Do- Work directly with the CEO on strategic and operational priorities.

- Participate in problem-solving across business functions, not restricted to one area.
