About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Founder?s Office - Brand Alliance who can own the entire lifecycle of lead generation, client relationship management, and end-to-end pitch execution. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and hands-on execution with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach & Brand Connections ? Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through multiple channels. ? Build and maintain an active sales pipeline with a strong focus on high-potential opportunities. ? Conduct market research to identify relevant industries, prospects, and strategic entry points.
- Client Relationship Management ? Serve as the point of contact for clients and prospects, managing all communication across both internal teams and external stakeholders. ? Translate client briefs clearly for internal teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, expectations, and deliverables. ? Build and nurture strong working relationships by understanding client business goals, challenges, and brand context. ? Maintain ongoing engagement with clients to identify opportunities for account growth and strategic account mining. ? Ensure a seamless client experience from the initial brief through execution, maintaining responsiveness, follow-ups, and relationship continuity.
- Proposal Development, Finance & Vendor Operations ? Build customized proposals, decks, and commercials based on client requirements. ? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate costings and deliverables. ? Manage invoicing timelines, follow-ups, and oversee collections in collaboration with finance. ? Raise POs, ensure correct documentation, and liaise with finance for vendor payments and internal approvals.
- Strategic Account Mining ? Identify avenues for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. ? Map stakeholders, understand business expansion plans, and pitch relevant opportunities. ? Drive account growth targets and ensure revenue continuity.
- Marketing Communications (MarCom) ? Work closely with internal teams on company marketing communications, including social media content, announcements, and updates. ? Support thought leadership initiatives such as POVs, case studies, and leadership led content. ? Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all internal and external communication platforms. ? Collaborate with creative and content teams to strengthen the company?s visibility and positioning in the market. Key Skills & Competencies ? Strong communication and brand strategy understanding. ? Understanding of creative, and digital ecosystems. ? Ability to think strategically and translate insights into solutions. ? Excellent coordination, multitasking, and project management skills. ? Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
