Job Title: Business Development & Community Membership Intern – Founder’s Office

We are looking for a highly energetic, people-oriented, and execution-focused Business Development & Community Membership Handling Intern to work closely with the Founder’s Office. This role offers exposure to business growth strategy, partnerships, networking ecosystems, community management, and founder-level operations.
Role Overview
As a Business Development & Community Membership Handling Intern, you will support the Founder’s Office in driving membership growth, building relationships, handling community interactions, and contributing to business expansion initiatives. You will work across multiple functions and gain hands-on startup experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and research potential members, founders, professionals, and partnership opportunities.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking platforms, outreach campaigns, referrals, and community channels.
- Conduct outreach via email, calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
- Build and maintain a lead pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
- Assist in creating partnership proposals and business presentations.
- Support in converting potential prospects into active community members.
Community Membership
- Manage onboarding and engagement of new members.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing community members.
- Ensure smooth communication and support for member queries.
- Track member engagement and retention activities.
- Collect feedback and identify ways to improve community experience.
- Assist in organizing networking activities, online/offline events, and engagement initiatives.
Founder’s Office Support
- Work directly with the founder on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Support meeting coordination, follow-ups, and execution of key tasks.
- Assist in research and market analysis.
- Create reports, presentations, and growth insights.
- Execute ad-hoc projects and business initiatives.
Required SkillsMust Have
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
- Basic understanding of business development and sales processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proactive attitude with ownership mindset
- Strong attention to detail
Good to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and networking
- Previous internship experience in sales, business development, community management, or startup ecosystems
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of startup communities and ecosystems
- Presentation and negotiation skills

- Undergraduate or postgraduate students from any discipline can apply.
- Freshers with strong communication and learning ability are welcome.
- Candidates with prior internship experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or community management will be preferred.
Stipend & Performance Structure
- Monthly stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000
- Final stipend will depend on:
- Previous internship experience
- Relevant skill set
- Demonstrated expertise during the selection process
