We work closely with leading industries across Energy, EV, Aerospace, Defence, and DeepTech manufacturing, focusing on new part development, import substitution, and building a self-reliant supply chain ecosystem in India.

🌟 Role Overview
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role working directly with the founders on strategy, financial planning, and business execution.
You will be at the core of decision-making—driving insights, tracking performance, and supporting key initiatives across business lines.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic planning and execution across multiple business functions
- Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support growth decisions
- Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics
- Conduct periodic reviews with business teams on:
- Customer acquisition
- Order booking
- Revenue performance
- Collections and cash flow
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and recommend data-driven actions
- Support in investor reporting, board updates, and fundraising materials
- Work closely with founders on special projects, strategic initiatives, and new business opportunities
- Ensure alignment between execution and company growth targets
🛠️ Qualifications & Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in:
- Founder’s Office / Strategy / Consulting / Investment Banking / Business Finance
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial modeling, forecasting, and business metrics
- MIS reporting and performance tracking
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
- Proficiency in Excel / financial tools / data analysis
- Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or B2B businesses is a plus
