The Impact You’ll Drive
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical professional to join the
Founder’s Office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders on high-impact strategic initiatives spanning business growth, enterprise sales, fundraising, partnerships, market expansion, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong problem-solving capabilities with exceptional execution skills and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment where ambiguity is high and ownership is absolute.
This is a high-visibility role that will provide exposure to critical business decisions and serve as a launchpad for future leadership opportunities within the organization.
The Hats You Will Wear
Business Strategy & Growth
- Drive strategic initiatives aligned with company growth objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Build business cases for new products, market expansion, partnerships, and strategic investments.
- Support founders in defining and tracking company-level goals, OKRs, and growth metrics.
Revenue & Sales Initiatives
- Partner with the leadership team to drive key enterprise sales initiatives.
- Identify and prioritize target segments, accounts, and growth opportunities.
- Develop sales analytics, revenue forecasts, and performance dashboards.
- Assist in strategic customer engagements, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
Founder & Executive Projects
- Lead cross-functional projects directly sponsored by the founders.
- Drive execution across teams and ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
- Establish governance mechanisms, review cadences, and performance tracking frameworks.
- Solve complex business challenges requiring coordination across product, engineering, sales, operations, and finance.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and evaluate potential ecosystem partnerships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and technology providers.
- Support commercial discussions, partnership structuring, and execution planning.
- Track partnership performance and strategic outcomes.
The Perfect Fit
- B.Tech and MBA from a Tier-1 institution.
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, founder’s office, growth, business operations, or high-growth startups.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action.
Your Edge Over the Rest
- Experience in fintech, banking, lending, payments, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or strategic finance.
- Experience working closely with CXOs, founders, or senior leadership teams.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales and partnership ecosystems.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 12 months, you will:
- Drive key strategic initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth.
- Improve execution velocity across founder-led projects.
- Establish scalable processes, reporting mechanisms, and decision-making frameworks.
- Become a trusted thought partner to the founders and leadership team.
