Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Worli for the Founder's Office position. The role involves working closely with the founder and leadership team to support strategic initiatives, prepare reports and presentations, manage special projects, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities also include conducting research, managing communication, and collaborating across departments to facilitate decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Analytical and Research Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, conduct research, and produce detailed reports.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in preparing presentations.
- Project Management: Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing projects within defined timelines.
- Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and interact effectively with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with project management software, MS Office, and communication tools is an asset.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in human resources or consulting is advantageous but not required.
