Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon. The Consultant will work closely with clients to analyze business needs, design tailored solutions using Upbooks' integrated tools, and provide training and support to ensure seamless implementation. Responsibilities include performing client consultations, troubleshooting issues, enhancing operational workflows, and liaising with internal teams to improve product offerings. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions and maintain trusted client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for streamlining business processes and identifying tailored solutions.
- Experience with project coordination, process evaluation, and implementing technological solutions to improve operations.
- Proficiency in communication, client consultation, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with business software, financial tools, or productivity apps is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage client relationships efficiently.
- Previous experience with startups or SMEs is a strong advantage.
This is going to be a hybrid role. You won't be doing monotonous tasks. You'll help me identify mistakes, take corrective measures, help me hire, help me re-build new-age stratergies, help me get more leads, help me in marketing. You'll be everywhere until we figure out what's the best role for you here.
