Job Title: Founder’s Office Associate
Location: Mumbai (Thane – 2–3 days/week)
About the Role:
Union Living is looking for a highly driven individual to join the Founder’s Office. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role offering a 360-degree exposure to scaling a real estate and co-living business. The role involves working closely with the leadership team on strategic, operational, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Relations: Prepare investor decks, presentations, and support ongoing stakeholder communication
- Data & Insights: Analyze P&L, cash flow, and business metrics to drive decision-making
- Acquisitions: Support evaluation and coordination of new property expansion opportunities
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with the Founder and vertical heads to execute key projects and solve business challenges
Requirements:
- 1.5–2 years of relevant experience (Consulting, Real Estate, Hospitality, or high-growth startups preferred)
- MBA from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institution preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Based in Mumbai and reporting to Thane office 2–3 days per week
- Open to travel based on business needs
Compensation:
Up to INR 7 LPA (depending on experience)
