About the role
We are seeking a Program Manager – Founder’s Office to work closely with the founders in driving high-impact
strategic and operational initiatives across Trade Pe. This role sits at the core of the company, translating vision into
execution across multiple business priorities.
You will own end-to-end delivery of key programs - from structuring ambiguous problems to driving
cross-functional execution - ensuring speed, clarity, and measurable outcomes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Ownership: Drive end-to-end execution of strategic and operational initiatives across functions.
- Founder’s Office: Work closely with founders on high-priority projects, problem-solving, and decision support.
- Execution & Alignment: Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment, remove bottlenecks, and deliver outcomes.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business goals into structured plans, timelines, and measurable metrics.
- Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes to improve execution.
- Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across strategy, ops, and growth.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Founder’s Office, program management, consulting, or strategy roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously with strong ownership.
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills; ability to bring clarity to ambiguity.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, business, and operations teams.
- High execution orientation with a bias for action in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Experience
- Background in global trade and fintech is a plus
- Experience working in 0→1 or scaling-stage startups.
- Exposure to business metrics, analytics, and decision support.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prior experience working directly with founders or leadership teams.
- Ability to build processes and drive operational efficiency at scale.
