Together With Kai is building something rare: a space where people can show up with less fear and more honesty. Kai is affective intelligence, designed to respond to how people feel, not just what they say.
As we grow, we need someone close to the founder who doesn't just execute tasks, but genuinely cares about what we're building and why.
This is not a "get things done" role. This is a think, feel, and build-with-us role.
What the Founder's Office Actually Is
You will work directly with the founder across social media, content, influencer collaboration, strategy & execution, and the product feedback funnel. Some days you will be writing, some days you will be thinking through positioning, and the rest you will be in a conversation that shapes how Together With Kai evolves.
No two weeks will look the same. And that is by design.
What You'll Be Doing
- Social Media & Content: Build and maintain Together With Kai's voice across platforms, one that feels calm, human, and honest. Create content that doesn't perform vulnerability but actually practices it. Write, edit, and think carefully about what we say and how we say it.
- Influencer & Community Collaboration: Identify and reach out to creators, writers, therapists, educators, and community builders whose values align with ours. Build relationships thoughtfully, not transactionally. Manage collaborations end-to-end, with kindness and clarity as the baseline.
- Strategy & Execution: Sit inside the thinking behind campaigns, launches, and growth moments. Help translate big-picture ideas into grounded, executable plans. Hold timelines without losing the intention behind them.
- Product Feedback Funnel: Act as a bridge between our users and our product team. Collect, synthesize, and surface what people are actually feeling about their experience on Together With Kai. Make sure the human signal never gets lost in the noise.
What We're Looking For
This is a generalist role, but not an unfocused one.
Required
- Strong written communication; clarity matters more than polish
- Genuine curiosity about people, emotion, and how digital spaces affect both
- Ability to hold multiple workstreams without losing attention to detail
- Well-versed in social media strategies
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage environments
- A collaborative, low-ego approach to working and learning
Nice to Have
- Experience with social media management or content creation (personal or professional)
- Familiarity with community platforms, mental health spaces, or human-centered design
- Exposure to early-stage startups or founder-led teams
- Understanding of basic product thinking or user research
