We're an early-stage, fast-growing startup in the Consumer AI space. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: help kids across the world communicate better and grow confident. We're building a world-leading 24x7 AI-powered, gamified communication coach — designed to make confident communication accessible to every child. We're moving fast, and the love from our early users has been incredible.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a founding generalist — a sharp, AI-native operator who can jump into almost anything and figure it out. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll work directly with the founding team, across the whole company:
- Product — help shape flows, features, and the experience kids and parents actually feel
- Content — write, script, and create the stuff that tells Zubi's story
- Marketing — run experiments, chase growth, find what works (across India + the world!)
There's no fixed lane here, and that's the point. One week you're deep in product, the next you're shipping content or running a campaign. If you want range, ownership, and a steep learning curve — this role is for you.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You must:
- Be AI-native — non-negotiable. You already automate your own work and reach for AI by default, not as an afterthought
- Be a systems thinker — you see how the pieces connect and build repeatable processes, not one-off fixes
- Have 1+ year of real work experience (any field)
- Be proactive — you spot what needs doing before someone has to ask
- Be hungry to learn on the job and go deep fast
Good to have:
- Some experience across product, content, or marketing
- A track record of shipping things end-to-end, not just assisting
- Familiarity with consumer, edtech, or kids' products
Big bonus: You've built your own automations, tools, or little AI workflows — even scrappy ones. Show us and your application will stand out.
