ABOUT THE BUSINESSES
Soulpop is a pre-launch sensorial wellness brand built around the concept of the micropause — small, intentional rituals that shift how you feel in under a minute. Our hero product is a curated kit of single-dose Easysnap sachets, designed for modern professionals who need to reset without stopping. We are also the platform behind international wellness brands entering India as single-dose licensees.
Bifrost is our boutique consultancy helping European consumer brands enter and scale in India. The founding team brings a decade of running a high-end café (Wanderlust, Gurgaon), senior international brand leadership at Costa Coffee India, and an INSEAD MBA.
Both businesses are early-stage and founder-led. You will be operating at the centre of both. This is not a support role. It is a judgment role.
THE ROLE
We are looking for someone who can hold vendors accountable without losing the relationship, write an email to an INSEAD contact or a European brand partner and get the tone exactly right, and keep two fast-moving businesses organised when everything is in motion at once.
You will sit directly with the founder. You will have context across supply chain, brand, partnerships, and corporate sales. You will be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the gaps.
The right person has been in a small team before, has managed up as well as down, and has been in situations where they had to push back on someone senior and did it well. They do not need hand-holding on priorities. They know when to ask and when to act.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Vendor and supply chain management
– Own all vendor communications end-to-end — packaging, co-packing, printing, logistics — from briefing through to delivery
– Hold vendors to timelines and specifications; follow up without being chased; escalate before problems become crises
– Maintain a live tracker of all open vendor threads, delivery milestones, and cost approvals
– Support the Dubai supply chain routing, including coordination with our operations lead and co-packing partners in India
Founder and stakeholder communications
– Draft and send communications on behalf of the founder to brand partners, Bifrost clients, INSEAD contacts, press, and corporate prospects
– Represent Soulpop and Bifrost in written and verbal interactions with the warmth of a startup and the polish expected by international partners
– Prepare briefs, decks, and follow-up notes for key meetings and pitches
– Manage inbound enquiries, screen opportunities, and route them appropriately
Operations and project management
– Build and maintain systems that keep launch workstreams organised — sample development, activation planning, corporate gifting pipeline, content calendar
– Coordinate between internal team members (SMM, design, ops) and external agencies
– Own the founder's priorities and open items — not just tracking but actively closing them
– Support the Soulpop Lab community initiative as it builds, including outreach coordination and follow-through
Research and business support
– Conduct market, brand, and contact research to support Bifrost client pitches and Soulpop brand partnerships
– Prepare sharp, well-structured briefing notes — not long reports, but documents that give the founder exactly what she needs to walk into a room
– Support the corporate gifting pipeline: identifying prospects, preparing outreach materials, and tracking conversations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience: 3–5 years in a fast-moving small team, startup, boutique consultancy, or brand with real operational exposure. Not a large corporate where everything was structured for you.
Communication: You write clearly and confidently. You know the difference between a note to a vendor and a note to a potential European brand partner. You do not need someone to review every email before it goes out.
Judgment: You know when to act, when to check, and when to push back. You have been in situations where you had to hold firm with someone more senior — and you did it without burning the relationship.
Organisation: You build systems rather than just lists. You track things so they do not get lost. You are the kind of person who notices the gap before anyone else does.
Disposition: You are genuinely curious about brands, wellness, and the way consumer culture is shifting. You find this world interesting, not just professionally convenient.
Nice to have: Exposure to international clients or cross-border business. Prior experience in D2C, luxury, or wellness.
