RxMen is building India's first complete men's health ecosystem. 40,000+ consultations and
growing fast. This role exists because there are always high-impact problems without a clear
owner, and we need someone sharp enough to find them and solve them.
LOCATION : Delhi (inperson)
REPORTS TO: Chief of Staff /Founder
TYPE: Full Time
THE ROLE
The closest seat to the founders. The widest scope in the company. The least tolerance for
waiting to be told what to do.
This is not a coordinator role. You will sit close to the Chief of Staff and Founder, own a defined
function, and have visibility and ownership that most people spend years trying to earn. The work is
always real. The ownership is always yours. We offer a Pre-Placement Offer to interns who
demonstrate ownership and output within the first 90 days.
YOUR WORK
These are the four areas you will own immediately. They will evolve. How far and how fast depends
entirely on you.
- Evaluate, deploy, and integrate the tools that run the business
Identify operational gaps, evaluate what closes them, and own the deployment yourself. From
problem to live, not just recommendation.
- Automate what should not need a human in the loop
Replace manual triggers and memory-dependent tasks with systems that run without being
asked.
- Own vendor relationships end to end
Evaluate, select, onboard, and hold vendors accountable. Not a one-time task, an ongoing
responsibility.
- Build playbooks that people actually follow
If a process breaks when one person is on leave, that is your problem to fix. Document,
systematise, and maintain.

Founder's mindset
You think in outcomes, not tasks. If something is broken and it is not your job, you fix it anyway.
Startup mindset
No playbook, no problem. You operate in ambiguity and leave everything more structured than you found
it. You do not need clarity to start, you create it as you go.
Loves the work most people avoid
Turning a messy, manual process into something clean and repeatable genuinely excites you. SOPs,
automations, playbooks you do not just tolerate this work. It is the output you are proud of.
AI is your leverage, not your autopilot
You use AI to find the answer faster, but you decide if the answer is right. You know when the output is
garbage.
Data-first
Every decision has a metric. If you cannot track it, you build a way to track it before you try to improve it.
Perpetual learner
You pick up new tools, domains, and problems fast and without being asked.
Root cause, not quick fix
Quick fixes have their place and you use them when needed. But you always go back to find where the
problem actually started and fix it properly, not just the symptom.
WHAT YOU BRING
• 1 to 3 years in a fast-moving startup, cross-functional across ops, growth, product, or strategy
• Can take a messy problem, structure it cleanly, and present a recommendation, not just options
• Writes well: SOPs, vendor evaluations, and async updates that do not need a follow-up call to
explain
• Can evaluate a tool in 48 hours and make a crisp case for or against it
• Comfortable building basic automations yourself, not just speccing them out
• You find genuine satisfaction in designing and improving processes. Bonus if you have
examples of workflows or automations you built from scratch
