Role Description
This is a full-time remote role within the Founder's Office at Rupyou Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will assist the Founder in strategic initiatives, research, and project execution, while ensuring smooth coordination among teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include data analysis, preparing presentations, managing high-priority projects, and supporting decision-making processes. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and ability to derive insights from research
- Expertise in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in preparing presentations and reports for decision-making purposes
- Excellent verbal and written communication, prioritization, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment while managing multiple tasks
- Familiarity with the financial services industry or structured credit sourcing is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
