About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Founder's Office Associate to work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives, business planning, cross-functional execution, and special projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across all business functions and contribute directly to key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founders to drive strategic and operational initiatives.
- Track business performance through reports, dashboards, and key metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of high-priority projects.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support business decisions.
- Prepare presentations, business reviews, and investor/leadership decks.
- Monitor project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and follow up on action items.
- Analyze business data and provide insights to improve performance.
- Support new business initiatives, process improvements, and expansion projects.
- Organize leadership meetings, prepare agendas, and document key action points.
- Handle ad hoc strategic projects assigned by the founders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in Founder's Office, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and execution excellence.
