Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at our Jaipur location for a Founder's Office position. The role involves collaborating closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and support key decision-making processes. Day-to-day tasks include performing market research, managing projects, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing data, building reports, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will act as a bridge between the team and leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strategic planning, problem-solving, and business analysis capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and presentation tools
- Adaptability, proactive mindset, and a detail-oriented approach to tasks
- Prior experience in consulting, startups, or strategic roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
