About the Role
As Founder’s Office at Passionfruit, you’ll work directly with the founders on high-impact initiatives across the business. This role is focused on solving ambiguous problems, driving execution, and accelerating growth across sales, marketing, operations, and product.
You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution; owning critical projects, building systems, and ensuring priorities translate into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects across growth, operations, and new initiatives
- Work closely with founders to translate business priorities into actionable plans and timelines
- Identify bottlenecks across teams (sales, marketing, delivery) and implement process improvements
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping to inform business decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and timely execution of key initiatives
- Assist in high-stakes client interactions, partnerships, and enterprise deal support
- Own ad-hoc problem solving; stepping into any business-critical gap as needed
You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, startups, business operations, or similar roles
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
