About the Role
We are looking for a highly articulate, extroverted, and execution-focused Founder’s Office – Growth & Operations Associate to work directly with the founders across multiple fast-growing businesses spanning recruitment, marketing, and AI-driven products.
This role is highly people-oriented and requires someone who is confident in communication, relationship management, business conversations, and stakeholder interactions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, handling sensitive conversations, managing client-facing interactions, and driving business growth initiatives alongside the founders.
Candidates with international exposure, especially USA-educated backgrounds, and strong professional networks or client relationships will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with founders on growth, operations, and strategic initiatives
- Manage high-value business and client interactions
- Support sales, partnerships, and relationship-building efforts
- Handle stakeholder communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution
- Assist founders in operational decision-making and execution
- Participate in business development conversations and meetings
- Help drive expansion opportunities across business verticals
- Handle sensitive and high-pressure situations with professionalism
