About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven professional to work closely with the Founder & CEO, as part of the Founder's Office at iQuanta. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can take ownership of strategic initiatives across different functions of the organization.
You will work directly with leadership on high-impact projects related to growth, operations, partnerships, and new business initiatives, helping translate ideas into execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic planning, business expansion, and execution of key initiatives across verticals.
- Drive cross-functional projects involving teams such as product, marketing, sales, and academics.
- Analyze business performance metrics and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
- Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Assist in launching new programs, categories, or partnerships within the iQuanta ecosystem.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of key projects and initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business feasibility studies for new opportunities.
- Represent the Founder's Office in internal discussions and ensure alignment across teams.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, operations, startup environment, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capability.
- Prior experience in edtech, startups, consulting, or high-growth environments will be preferred.
