🚀 We're Hiring | Founder's Office Intern (Business Development) | Remote
Hastakala Crafts is India's storytelling-first discovery marketplace — built exclusively for micro-brands, artisans, homemakers, and solo founders. We're 200+ sellers strong and just getting started.
We're bringing on a Founder's Office Intern (BD) — someone who wants to learn how a startup is actually built, not just watch from the sidelines.

We believe every small brand has a story worth telling. Our job is to find those brands, bring them on board, and help the world discover them. As a BD intern, you'll be at the center of that mission.
What you'll actually do:
Scout & onboard new micro-brand sellers across India
Build outreach pipelines via email, Instagram DMs, LinkedIn
Support brand partnerships and collaborations
Research trends in D2C, handmade, and indie brand categories
Work directly on founder-led projects and strategic experiments
What we're looking for:
Hustle > resume — we mean it
Strong written + verbal communication
Genuine curiosity about startups, D2C, or India's artisan economy
Someone who takes ownership and follows through
