The Role:
Why is this exciting? This is a corporate strategy role, and will be working very closely with the CoFounders in the decision making of the growth journey. As a core member of the Founder’s Office, you will be the right hand to the Co-Founders. You will act as a force multiplier, taking on our most critical 0-to-1 challenges.
You will context-switch constantly—from deep-diving into cap-table math in the morning to hacking together a supply-side acquisition strategy in the afternoon. You will touch every single part of the business, build functions from scratch, and eventually hire the leaders who will replace you in those functions so you can move on to the next big fire.
🛠️ What You Will Do (The Heavy Lifting)
- 0-to-1 Cross-Functional Execution: Work directly with the Growth, Business, Supply, and Demand teams. You will act as an Individual Contributor (IC) to get initiatives off the ground (e.g., optimizing the nanny sourcing funnel, defining our BGV processes, or launching a new acquisition channel for parents) and then scale them into established functions.
- Investor Relations & Fundraising: Own the preparation of investor updates, pitch deck discussions, and data room management along with talking metrices. You will help lay the groundwork for our Seed and Series A rounds.
- Cap-Table & Financial Management: Work closely with the founders to manage the cap table, track equity distribution, model financial projections, and ensure we have a tight grip on our unit economics as we scale.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks before they break. If something isn't working—whether it's our lead conversion rate or our post-offer nanny engagement—you will diagnose the issue, build a process, and drive the solution.
- Special Projects: Be the "SWAT team of one" for any high-priority initiatives the founders need to execute immediately to hit our ₹100Cr trajectory.
- Team Lead: Handle and manage the existing team of Founder’s Office to be able to drive initiatives along with working with stakeholders internally and externally into solving problem statements
🧠 Who You Are
- High Agency: You don’t wait to be told what to do. If you don't know the answer, you figure it out. You are a relentless executor.
- Comfortable with Chaos: You thrive in unstructured environments and know how to build systems that bring order to startup chaos.
- Analytical & Commercial: You know your way around an Excel model, understand startup metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn), and can speak the language of unit economics and cap tables.
- A Generalist Athlete: You have 2-5 years of experience, ideally as an ex-founder, an early employee at a fast-growing startup, or in top-tier consulting/VC with a burning desire to get operational.
- Deeply Empathetic: You understand that we are dealing with two highly sensitive groups: parents trusting us with their children, and blue-collar workers trusting us with their livelihoods. You build processes with heart.
