Role Description:
The Founder's Office is a unique and impactful role within the organisation, designed for an ambitious, proactive professional who will work closely with our founders to drive strategic initiatives and translate the company’s vision into actionable outcomes. Acting as an extension of the Founders, you will play a critical role in leading and executing high-impact projects, coordinating across teams, and addressing complex challenges to support the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Initiatives
- Lead and manage strategic projects that align with the company's growth roadmap, vision, and key business goals.
- Identify, develop, and implement initiatives that address both immediate and long-term priorities.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with various teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to ensure cohesive progress toward organizational objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure that different departments are aligned and effectively working towards shared goals.
- Problem-solving and Analysis
- Address complex, multi-dimensional challenges by conducting in-depth analyses, gathering relevant data, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, contributing to data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a representative for the founders when interacting with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key partners, clients, investors, and other stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Execution Support
- Support the founders in day-to-day operations, prioritizing and managing their most critical tasks and ensuring follow-through on strategic objectives.
- Act as a reliable and proactive partner, helping to execute plans effectively and tracking progress on behalf of the founders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
- Experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a similar role, ideally within a high-growth or startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure, visualize, and interpret data to drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management abilities, including handling multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, humility, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
