Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for the Founder's Office. The role involves directly supporting and collaborating with the company's CEO Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth research, preparing reports, managing key projects, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, problem-solving, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. It is an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and influence the organization's direction and growth.

- Experience in project management and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders

- Understanding of, or experience in, industries such as technology, medtech, realtech, or healthtech is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a bonus
