The Role
You'll be the Swiss Army knife of FlytBase — the person who ships when the mission needs shipping.
One day you're crafting content that gets the drone autonomy space talking. The next, you're identifying and closing top engineering talent. The day after, you're building community around Physical AI or giving product feedback that changes our roadmap. This isn't a traditional ops role with clean lanes and predictable tasks.
You'll work directly with Nitin Gupta, the Founder & CEO of FlytBase, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities and executing them with AI-native speed.
Think chief of staff meets growth hacker meets content creator — whatever combination the moment demands.
