🔥 About FlexyPe
FlexyPe is building the infrastructure layer for eCommerce — powering identity, cart, checkout, and post-purchase experiences for 500+ D2C brands.
We process ₹300Cr+ GMV, have a 100M+ shopper identity network, and are profitable and bootstrapped with a lean 15-member team.
We’re now entering our next phase of growth and looking for someone who can operate across Shopify, eCommerce, operations, sales, and finance — someone who can connect the dots across the business.
🚀 The Role
This isn’t a just a “role.”
It’s building the company alongside the founder.
You’ll operate as an extension of the founder — moving across sales, product, ops, and finance depending on what the business needs that day.
⚡ What this actually looks like:
- Close deals: Jump on calls with high-value D2C brands and help convert them
- Solve real problems: Dive into merchant issues (RTO spikes, payment failures, drop-offs) and fix them with the tech team
- Think in numbers: Analyze unit economics, pricing, margins, and growth levers
- Handle chaos: Own escalations, talk to customers, and turn problems into systems
- Build with product: Sit in product discussions and influence what gets built next
- Drive decisions: Work on new market expansion, partnerships, and strategic bets

- One day you’re closing a ₹50Cr brand
- Next day you’re debugging checkout flows
- Then you’re building a financial model or exploring a new market
There are no silos here. No “this is not my job.”
You’ll be working across: Product × Growth × Sales × Customer Success × Finance
🔎 What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who can operate across functions and think in systems — not just execute tasks.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down problems using data — conversion funnels, RTO trends, payment failures, unit economics.
- Business & P&L Understanding: Strong grasp of revenue, margins, CAC, LTV, pricing, and how decisions impact the bottom line.
- Product Thinking: Can translate merchant problems into product insights and work closely with tech to solve them.
- Sales & Communication: Comfortable handling sales calls, negotiations, and explaining complex products clearly.
- Customer Obsession: Can deeply understand merchant pain points and solve for outcomes, not just respond to issues.
